Pakistan's first modular battery management system with per-cell isolation technology. Built for telecom towers, EV fleets, and critical infrastructure. When one cell fails — the system keeps running.
Pakistan has 50,000+ telecom towers. Every hour of downtime costs Rs. 200,000+. The root cause? Primitive battery systems from the 1990s.
One degraded cell drags down the entire battery string. Series-connected architectures mean a single fault equals total system loss. Jazz alone reports 340+ tower outages per month from battery failures.
Existing VRLA and basic Li-ion systems provide zero per-cell telemetry. Technicians drive hours to towers only to find a dead battery with no prior warning. No SOH tracking. No fault prediction.
Entire battery banks are replaced when only 1-3 cells fail. A Rs. 800,000 bank is scrapped because of Rs. 12,000 worth of bad cells. 70% of replaced batteries still have 60%+ usable life.
Click any cell to inspect it. Use the controls to isolate or restore cells. Watch the system keep running.
Four engineering innovations that make per-cell isolation possible without interrupting the rest of the string.
Each cell has its own solid-state switch (MOSFET pair). When a fault is detected — overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, or thermal runaway — the cell is bypassed in under 200ms. Current re-routes around the bad cell automatically. The string stays live.
A dedicated measurement IC (BQ76940-class) monitors every cell individually: voltage (±2mV accuracy), temperature (NTC per cell), current (hall sensor), and state-of-health via electrochemical impedance estimation. All data streams to the central MCU at 10Hz.
Our VoltIQ engine runs on-device. Trained on 40M+ battery cycles, it predicts cell failure 72 hours before it occurs by analyzing voltage drift patterns, capacity fade curves, and thermal signatures. SMS + cloud alert to your NOC before the fault happens.
All 48 cells report live via 4G/NB-IoT to the AT&DI cloud dashboard. Your NOC sees every tower, every cell, every fault — in real time. No on-site visit needed for diagnosis. REST API integrates with Jazz's existing NMS (Network Management System).
Deployed per tower site. ROI positive within 4 months through reduced battery replacement costs and downtime elimination.
Founded in Lahore, Pakistan. AT&DI builds intelligent battery infrastructure for the industries that cannot afford to go dark — telecom, EV fleets, and industrial power. Our CellShield™ platform is the first Made-in-Pakistan cell-level BMS with bypass isolation and AI-driven fault prediction.
We are currently seeking pilot partnerships with Jazz Networks, Zong, and Telenor Pakistan. Our engineering team is ready to deploy 5 pilot units within 60 days of agreement.
